GTF has achieved another significant milestone in its internationalization strategy. Its poultry meal and oil plants in Maringá (PR) and Paranavaí (PR) have received official authorization to export to Argentina. Additionally, the Maringá facility has been authorized to export poultry meal to Mexico, further expanding the company's reach into strategic Latin American markets.
These new authorizations reinforce the company's expansion into foreign markets. GTF recently resumed exports of animal-origin meal to Paraguay and is now broadening its international footprint by opening up two new markets for its products.
These authorizations recognize the operational excellence of the Maringá facility—operating under Federal Inspection Service (SIF) No. 4198—and the Paranavaí facility—operating under SIF No. 1880—both of which meet the rigorous sanitary and quality standards required for international trade.
This achievement also underscores GTF’s commitment to food safety, traceability, and operational efficiency—pillars that support the company’s operations and strengthen its credibility in international markets.
With an established global presence, GTF exports its products to over 100 countries, including key markets such as South Africa, the Middle East, China, and Japan. This international activity is the result of a continuous expansion strategy and the company’s dedication to quality, innovation, and meeting the specific demands of diverse markets.
"The new authorizations for Argentina and Mexico represent significant strides in GTF’s internationalization strategy. We are expanding our presence in Latin America and bringing products—developed through excellence in processing, safety, and innovation—to new markets," says Rafael Tortola, CEO of GTF.
