Lorenz, the largest cassava processor in the country and a company of the GTF Group, recorded revenue of R$ 385 million in 2025, driven by industrial expansion, export growth, and the launch of new starches aimed at the food industry.

With units in Paraná and Mato Grosso do Sul, the company processes around 25 thousand tons of cassava per month and exports to more than 40 countries.

Among the new products are solutions developed for applications in sausages, mayonnaise, and gummy candies, focusing on higher industrial yield and ingredient reduction.

“We constantly seek innovative solutions that allow ingredient reduction, process optimization, and increased yield without compromising the quality of the final products. Our new starch lines, such as Lorenz MS, ODP, and LTE, reflect this commitment by offering alternatives that meet the needs of the modern industry, including efficiency, sustainability, and options for specific markets such as the vegan sector,” said Aleksandro Siqueira, director of new business at Lorenz.
