Lorenz, a company of the GTF group and the largest cassava crusher in Brazil, closed 2025 with revenue of R$ 385 million, an increase of approximately 16.7% compared to the roughly R$ 330 million recorded in 2024.

With units in Mato Grosso do Sul and Paraná, the company processes around 25,000 tons of cassava per month and maintains a presence in more than 40 countries.

According to the company, the growth is linked to a portfolio expansion strategy focused on starch-based solutions for the food industry. Among them are solutions for sausage production that eliminate the use of proteins, and one for mayonnaise, with the potential to reduce oil usage by up to 15% and the possibility of completely replacing eggs.

According to the company's director of new business, Aleksandro Siqueira, the company has been directing efforts toward developing solutions that combine productive efficiency and adaptation to new market demands, including sustainability and products aimed at specific niches.
