Ensures that all GTF business is conducted in an ethical, honest and responsible manner, in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Law and other internal codes. In addition, it advises, supports and identifies points for improvement in Compliance actions.

Performs general business guidance, validating and approving GTF's strategic planning, in addition to defining internal policies and monitoring the development of projects, among other actions.

Supports strategic decisions considering ESG risks and opportunities. Integrates ESG into business planning and operations. Sets policies and drives sustainable initiatives that strengthen the corporation.
